Alan is a Principal and Member of the Senior Leadership Team at eClerx, an India-based BPO (Business Process Outsourcing Company), where he is the Financial Services Team Leader, Head of Consulting, and Head of Product Development. An accomplished and respected executive in the Global Financial Markets, Alan has 30+ years of experience delivering scalable and market-ready solutions in trading, risk, regulatory, compliance, and operations environments. Formerly the Global Head of Trading Support at a major bank, Alan has led 1000+ person teams in enterprise-wide projects in operations and process improvement, technology strategy, business process transformation, target operating model development, application development, and implementation of risk systems, finance systems, and trading technologies. He has specialized expertise in client, product, and legal reference data management.
