Andrew Rourke

Andrew is directly responsible for managing data governance, risk, policy implementation, and data strategy formulation in the CIB Chief Data Office for the Corporate and Institutional division at RBS.  Andrew has previously led change management teams around business process, technology design and re-engineering including FATCA, Data Remediation, FXMM & Treasury processing, and Fixed Income processing, as well as successfully managing various elements of the operating model design and integration during the RBS integration with ABN AMRO.
