Colin Gibson

Colin is responsible for all aspects of Enterprise Architecture across Willis, the global risk advisor, insurance and re-insurance broker.  His team has established the target-state architecture for Willis’ business processes, data, applications and common technologies, with governance to ensure that investment and change initiatives make progress towards that vision. He has championed initiatives to establish enterprise-wide reference and transactional data platforms critical to Willis’ position as “the analytical broker”.  Previously Colin drove the creation of a central reference repository of information about data in his role as Head of Data Architecture for the Markets division of RBS.
