Cressida Hamilton

Cressida heads-up a team of 550 employees across 9 sites, overseeing Operations Client Relationship management (OCRM), Client Data Maintenance and Documentation Operations for HSBC.  In her role, Cressida is directly responsible for managing the operational relationship with HSBC's priority clients as well as leading the strategy for the maintenance of client data and documentation for post-trade activities.
