David Thomas

David directs his team to deliver scalable and operational IT solutions, with a focus on process advocacy, financial strategy and change management.  David oversees multi-discipline groups, implementing control structures and completing complex projects in time-sensitive situations in n enterprise level infrastructure, management solutions and system architecture.  In his role, David drives to improve functionality, streamline business operations, handle multi-functional teams and provide advanced solutions to diverse product groups within HSBC.
