Guy Sears

With experience in managing the risk, compliance & legal aspects of The Investment Association, the trade association of the UK’s £5 trillion investment management industry, Guy leads the policy teams which cover the regulation of funds and managers, and most of their engagement in the retail and institutional markets and on the capital markets. Mr Sears is also a director of the UK’s Joint Money Laundering Steering Group.  .  In previous roles, Guy has served as Deputy Chief Executive of APCIMS and as Head of Market Conduct and Market Infrastructure at the UK’s FSA.
